The Argentine Peanut Foundation -Fundación Maní Argentino- was established in 2001, by the joint effort of the Agricultural Engineers Association of General Cabrera and adjacent areas and the Argentine Peanut Chamber, in furtherance of the development and improvement of the peanut industry through promotion activities, advancement of research and dissemination of techniques towards the common good, crop sustainability and preservation of the ecosystem.

Research, development and technological innovation


This non-profit organization fulfills its goals by way of Research Agreements with public and private institutions: universities, research institutes, analysis and monitoring laboratories and groups of researchers. They provide funding for every scientific, development and innovation activity that results in benefits for the sector.
